At The Wellness Agency, we believe wellness is a new vertical of unicorns that is still early in its cycle. We are building a company and creating a team to feed an ecosystem where all boats can rise and where talent and companies constantly leverage off each other to mutual benefit. TWA is a Venice based company with a strong presence in Asia. Each of our hires must have a passion around and knowledge of wellness and see the necessity for it globally. We define wellness across physical, nutritional, emotional, spiritual, sexual, relational, and financial health and are dedicated to changing the future of wellbeing.


TWA is currently beginning interviews for 3 key hires:

Talent Agent – As a talent agent, your responsibility will be to identify wellness talent with the capability and drive to build significant businesses and guide their strategic development and growth. Additionally, you will connect wellness businesses, both emerging and established, with strategic talent and help structure deals where value is added for all sides. Agents should have the passion and skillset to help TWA’s roster of talent break into the mainstream. Candidates with existing relationships in wellness a plus.

Analyst – As an analyst, your responsibilities will be to analyze deal structures from domestic and international wellness opportunities, with a special focus on cross-border commerce and media. TWA focuses on six verticals of wellness companies: consumer packaged goods (CPG), scalable platforms, food and beverage, fitness trends, plant-based medicine, and elder care. Previous experience in wellness and cross-border business preferred.

Creative Agency Executive – As a creative agency executive, your responsibilities include working with clients to craft pitch decks, creating narratives around wellness and community, and assisting in the development of new creative business. Additionally, this role involves working closely with creative partners on client proposals and executing deliverables. Must be able to oversee campaigns while interacting with talent and senior executives at fast growing companies.
